  If you are looking for a new twist on fitness go try an introduction class at North Beach Kettle Bells. One class and I was hooked. I have now been swinging the bell for 8 months and look forward to going to every class.
  The classes are 45 min. of dynamic fitness. Every class is different, and every day I leave feeling energized.
  One cannot just go through the motion of the swing or the lift, the squat or the lunge without engaging your core or your brain. Continuous instruction and correction keep all of us injury free and improving our strength, balance, flexibility and most of all the incredible feeling of accomplishment when we have mastered something we never thought we could do.

  I worked out so hard last week, two OC Sheriff's stopped by to make sure everything was ok. Luckily fitness is not a crime. The owner Val is a terrific trainer, very knowledgeable, and she really cares about her clients!

  I am a huge fan of North Beach Kettlebell! I have been a Kettlebell student for 1 year now and I can honestly say that I have have never felt stronger! Gabby is a skilled RKC certified instructor who is dedicated to her students growth in the practice. I look forward to each class as it is never the same and it is a thorough workout! I highly recommend North Beach Kettlebell.
