  I was very excited to find a camping cot that was made extra long, wide and with a heavier weight limit. We were planning to buy 4 total to replace having to take blow up mattresses on our camping trips. When the cot arrived, it was the wrong model, the label clearly stated a weight limit of 250lbs which was not the model I ordered. Also, the side pouch that its supposed to come with was missing - it came with 2 storage/ carry bags. I first contacted the company via email using the "contact us" feature of the web site - no response. I called the company using the customer service number on the web site and was only able to leave voice mail. No response. I have sent a second email - no response. I have called a second time - only able to leave a voice mail. No response. I paid extra for the extras and received the wrong item. I cannot even talk to a person about my issue as no one ever answers the phone or returns phone calls. Highly... highly disappointed.
