  I was always impressed by West Dermatology until they were purchased by an equity group and it's been all down hill from there. The last two times I visited they completely screwed up my pharmacy order. Mike Nelms does a nice job and your ever rotating staff (losing team members is a good indicator that management is not doing a good job) is nice enough but your policies on how you treat patients is quite disturbing to me. I'm a practice consultant for the dental industry and when I come to your office I feel like a number. Patients should never feel like a number. You should know who I am by now and what services you have performed on me in the past. I shouldn't have to answer questions by an assistant that she should already know. In fact, when I asked why she was asking me these questions she said it's company policy. Change your stupid policies! If I could find another good practice in the area I would switch providers. Again, Mike does a nice job and I would give him 5 stars but the overall experience is not one to brag about. Corporate dentistry and corporate dermatology are probably here to stay, just don't suck at it, currently you do. Next time at least know my name, I did have an appointment at 3:30PM and please don't ask me questions you should already know, it's irritating!
