  Asked if they offered appointments for Haircuts but they said no so I thought that was fair. But then when I went in there was only 2 people waiting and they said they were booked for 2 and a half hours from people about to come in. Extremely poor service definitely would not recommend. Stick to a store policy do not "hook up" people with appointments if you don't do them. Rant done.
