  I was turned down by multiple lenders because I'm self employed and was re-financing a home in Downtown Los Angeles, a notoriously hard neighborhood to appraise property in. Nick and his team were able to get me an amazing rate, with low fees and were a pleasure to work with. Nick was available for phone calls at odd hours and his team moved quickly to make sure I had the money I needed in my bank account by my deadline. I can't recommend FK Capital Fund highly enough.

  Nick Lekas helped us with a hard money loan that needed to close FAST. He pushed our loan through and we closed on time. Nick was professional, knowledgeable and patient. He took time to explain all the ins and outs of the hard money loan process (we were first timers) and made us feel comfortable. Nick is a great guy and we would work with him again.
