  Unprofessional slumlords with a ton of excuses, rude and disrespectful to tenants acting as if they are doing someone a favor to create an inhabitable living environment (against the law) during the winter months, exposing a wet saturated wall (plumbing leak tenants had to deal with for weeks) the elements. Tenants of 5 years then invest $3,200 of a major repair, due to weeks of the excuses/runaround, while honest paying Christians focus on the health of small children, twin 8 year olds and 5 year old.
  After Steve Contad witnesses the work being done "looks like it's getting done right"....Conrad Realtors then retaliate with eviction (also against the law).After 2 months of neglecting a serious issue, honest paying tenants of 5 years took care of the dangerous mold( they also denied) and plumbing leak due to the hazardous active mold. This was just the first 30 days of taking over as property.
