  We live in the San Clemente area and when our 30 yr old pool cracked again, we started interviewing local pool companies. We talked with about ten and received formal proposals from about five. The others would not or could not build what we wanted. Our idea was to build a steel and gunite pool.
  
  California Pools proposal was very professional with multiple pre-construction site visits to ensure "same page" agreements. This would be a custom pool with waterjet benches, bubbler on the sun shelf and a waterfall out of the raised garden that was transformed from the deep end of the old pool.
  
  Water and pump turn up was complete in less than 60 days. Believe me - Not Bad! This is the second pool we have built with California Pools (one in Los Angeles) and were really happy to see they have offices here in the San Clemente area. We are really pleased with the Price to Value, the diligent efforts to make issues nonexistent and the great team that GM Roger Stalmer has put together. The tile work, the finish, the extensive pavers and top of the line equipment were all completed above our expectations. We would highly recommend talking with California Pools
