  Horrible horrible horrible. I took my car here after getting rear-ended and was told that they can’t do the repairs because there are aftermarket parts on my car and they couldn't find them. So I told them I was taking my car to a different shop that said they can do the repairs. I had the car towed from Franks Collision to my house and once it arrived I discovered that my subwoofers and amplifier that were in a custom enclosure in the back had been thrown around like pieces of trash and I can’t even get them to work now. There are grease stains on my leather seats and door panels. And for some reason my stearing wheel was extremely loose and I had to take it off and tighten down the hub to the steering column and on top of that they removed my horn button and didn’t put it back. I thought they may have dropped it loose in the car like they did all my other stuff but I looked everywhere and it’s not there. So now I have exposed wires for my horn sticking out of my steering wheel. I am so utterly disgusted with the blatant disrespect that was shown to my car by Franks Collision. I cannot stress this enough: DON’T TAKE YOUR CAR TO FRANKS COLLISION!
