  It's pretty pricey for poke. $13 for regular $20 for a large bowl $1 extra just for greens instead of rice. When I asked the employee why he told me its because its flown in from Hawaii daily and never frozen. Part of food safety for any raw fish is freezing it. Its the only way to kill parasites through deep freezing or blast freezing. The employee was not well informed enough to satisfy my questions about food safety. I'll unfortunately have to pass.
